Troubleshooting the Email Manager contents

[Note!] When troubleshooting Email Manager issues, please ensure the following:

  1. You are working on the same machine that the Email Manager service is running on
  2. You are logged into that machine with the same Windows account that the Email Manager service is running as (HelpMaster Service Account)
  3. The HelpMaster Service Account has full email permission to access, send and receive email. Check Exchange/Outlook/IMAP etc

The Email Manager service will not start

Jobs are not being logged

Actions are not being added existing HelpMaster jobs

  • Email updates are not being processed

Jobs are being logged for the wrong person!

Failed test for database access

Failed test for working folders access
