Default templates
Default templates can be set for all staff members.
System-wide default Action Templates can be set by the administrator to default certain actions to use specific templates. The values set here apply at a global level, for users that do not already have their personal default templates set.
Setting these values is useful for using the web portal and desktop editions of HelpMaster
If a user already has set their default template preference, then those settings will be used instead of the values set here by the administrator.
