Email Settings

Select a suitable email account that this profile will use.   Whenever this Email Manager profile sends email, it will use the account specified in the email account configuration.  Remember that clients are likely to respond to this email account, so ensure that you consider this when building your email automation processes (ie.  scan this email account for updates)

Which email account will be used to send out-going email?

The list in this screen displays all of the possible email events that may occur during the processing of the profile. 

The list displays which email template will be used to send email, along with the template’s default email account.  If the Email Manager profile has a different email account to the Email Template being used, the Email Manager profile account will be used.  If this is the case, the email account for the template will be displayed in strikethrough font, indicating that it has been overridden.
