HelpMaster Services
When a service logs a job or adds an action to a job and it hasn’t done this on behalf of an actual staff or client user, then the action will be added as the HelpMaster System user.
For example: When Priority Manager automatically sends a reminder to a staff user and adds an action at the same time, this action will be added by the HelpMaster System user as no person has actually added this action.
HelpMaster Workflow
In workflow, whenever a silent or automated object is actioned, it will be actioned as the HelpMaster System user. This will be particularly apparent when viewing the workflow History as shown below.
