Email Manager Tips and Tricks

Sending Email

  1. Make sure that every email you send from your workgroup has the number of the HelpMaster job stated within the subject line of the outgoing email.
  2. Ensure that the subject line for every outgoing email contains the exact terminology / words to indicate the job number.
  3. Set the “From” address for each Email Manager profile to provide a custom “reply” address.

Processing Email

  1. Create customized folders for the post-processing of individual Email Manager Profiles.
  2. Check the Failed Email Log and Failed items folder regularly to keep track of the Email Manager performance.
  3. If attachment size is an issue, limit the file size of the attachments using the Attachments tab within a profile
