Viewing an action

To view an action, first of all open the job screen.  All of the updates, or Actions visible to the Client, will be displayed in the lower part of the job screen under Action Log. This screen is readonly and will not allow any changes to existing actions. To change any job details such as the job status, assignment, or to add attachments you will need to add another action.
