Staff can action Workflow from the Web Portal

Workflow on the Web Portal

Staff users are able to execute Workflow from the Web Portal much like in the Desktop application however creating, modifying, and setting the current workflow items is currently not possible. Any such workflow operations will need to be performed from the HelpMaster Desktop application.

Workflow Closed Job Status

From v25+ when a job has been closed if the Workflow was completed prior to closure the status Workflow Complete will appear when viewing the job. If the job was closed without completing the workflow then the status Job is closed - Workflow is unavailable will be displayed instead.
