History lists

The History list menus allow opening recently viewed entities by simply selecting them from a recents list rather than looking for them again.

History list menus are located at the top of each of the main entity pages. The displayed history items are a rolling history of the last 15 items viewed, edited, or created throughout the HelpMaster product. They are sorted by latest on the top and oldest at the bottom for quick repeat access. Updates between the HelpMaster Desktop and web portal are dynamic and almost instantaneous.

Use

1. Click the appropriate drop-down History menu from any of the entity pages inc. Clients, Sites, or Assets
2. A list of recently accessed items will be displayed
3. Just click on the item you want to open
