Auto assignment algorithm administration
When using an auto-assignment algorithm to select a staff member to assign the job to, sometimes the selected algorithm may not be able to resolve to a single staff member.
For example, when using the Lowest job count algorithm, there may be multiple staff members with the same lowest job count. In this case, the algorithm is not effective, because there are multiple candidates.
When an individual staff member cannot be determined by the selected algorithm, HelpMaster will systematically try other algorithms in the order specified by the administrator until a single staff member can be determined.
For each of the automatic assignment algorithms, order the alternate algorithms in the order that they should be considered. For details about each algorithm, refer to Automatic job assignment algorithms
