Troubleshooting the Email Manager contents
[Note!] When troubleshooting Email Manager issues, please ensure the following:
- You are working on the same machine that the Email Manager service is running on
- You are logged into that machine with the same Windows account that the Email Manager service is running as (HelpMaster Service Account)
- The HelpMaster Service Account has full email permission to access, send and receive email. Check Exchange/Outlook/IMAP etc
The Email Manager service will not start
Actions are not being added existing HelpMaster jobs
- Email updates are not being processed
Jobs are being logged for the wrong person!
Failed test for database access
Failed test for working folders access
