Below are some useful ideas that will help you get the most out of the Active Directory Module

How do I find out which clients have been synchronized?

  1. Log onto the HelpMaster desktop edition
  2. Use the Field Chooser and select Clients as the entity type
  3. For Windows AD add these 4 Active Directory columns to the list of fields
    1. Is Active Directory enabled
    2. Date of last Active Directory synchronization
    3. Original LDAP path
    4. Windows UPN
  4. For Entra ID profiles add these 3 Entra ID columns to the list of fields
    1. Entra Group Name
    2. Entra UPN
    3. Last Entra Synchronised
  5. Now use the client search screen as per usual. You can see from the additional AD/Entra fields you added which clients have been synchronised
