Billing Job Tab
Billing information in the job shows aggregated totals for the job
The billing job tab provides aggregated totals based on billable actions it contains. There is also an Edit Billing docking panel on the right which can be pinned or unpinned as desired.
Action Totals
Under the action log are the following column items.
- Totals - This column lists the available types of actions (see Column Totals below) and how many of each are contained in the job (in brackets).
- Action Time - Shows the total action time for each type of action contained in the job.
- Billable Time - Displays the billable time for each type of action for the job. This may differ from the action time as it can be manually overridden in each action.
- Action Cost - Lists the action cost of each action type based on a template, manually added rate or entered total.
- Additional Cost - The sum of any additional costs added will show here for each action type.
- Total Cost - The sub-total cost of each action type. This is the total of each row.
Action Types
Totals are categorised by the following rows.
- Uninvoiced Actions - This row shows billable actions that have not been invoiced.
- Invoiced Actions - Displays information for all invoiced actions.
- All Billable Actions - Shows details of all billable actions.
- Non-Billable Actions - Any relevant but non-billable actions show here.
- All Actions - Total number of actions listed and their aggregated total action time.
Invoices
Columns
- When - Displays the date/time when the invoice was generated.
- Billing Time - The total billing time for each invoice.
- Cost - The total cost for each invoice.
- Discount - Any discounts applied to each invoice.
- Paid - Yes or No as to whether each invoice has yet been paid or not.
Grand Totals
Shows the totals of each relevant column above.
Edit Billing docking panel
This dockable panel allows you to edit any selected billable action that has not been invoiced yet. Invoiced actions cannot be edited.
