Global Default templates
Default templates can be set for all staff members.
System-wide default Action Templates can be set by the administrator to default various toolbar icons to use specific templates. The values set here apply at a global level in both the HelpMaster Desktop and Web portal for all Staff users that have not already set their own personal default templates.
