Below are some useful ideas that will help you get the most out of the Active Directory Module
How do I find out which clients have been synchronized?
- Log onto the HelpMaster desktop edition
- Use the Field Chooser and select Clients as the entity type
- For Windows AD profiles add these 4 Active Directory columns to the list of fields
- Is Active Directory enabled
- Date of last Active Directory synchronization
- Original LDAP path
- Windows UPN
- For Entra ID profiles add these 3 Entra ID columns to the list of fields
- Entra Group Name
- Entra UPN
- Last Entra Synchronised
- Now use the client search screen as usual. You can see from the additional AD/Entra fields that you added which clients have been synchronised
