Viewing an action
To view an action, first of all open the job screen. All of the updates, or Actions visible to the Client, will be displayed in the lower part of the job screen under Action Log. This screen is readonly and will not allow any changes to existing actions. To change any job details such as the job status, assignment, or to add attachments you will need to add another action.
Job Preview
For HelpMaster v24+, there is also a preview pane below the jobs list. This will display the Job Summary, Job Details and all non-private Actions. The splitter bar may be used to adjust the size of the preview pane.
