Configuration Overview

Once you have installed HelpMaster and the Automation Service, you will need to configure them to work correctly with Triggered Events as follows.

1. Configure at least one Triggered Event profile. This is performed via the HelpMaster Desktop edition.
2. Configure the settings for the Automation Service. This is performed on the machine that you install the Automation service onto, and via the Windows “Services” screen.

It is important that the configuration is performed in the order outlined above.
