Publish and promote Knowledge articles to the web portal
Once a knowledge articles has been created, consider making it available to users on the HelpMaster web portal.

Knowledge Base articles can be configured to have different visibility settings which affect who can view it.
Knowledge Base articles can also be “featured” so that they will appear on the home page of the web portal.
