Configuration Overview

Once you have installed HelpMaster and the Priority Manager Service, you will need to configure them to work correctly as follows.

  1. Configure the general settings for the Priority Manager.  This is performed via the HelpMaster Desktop edition
  2. Configure the settings for the Priority Manager Service. This is performed on the machine that you install the Priority Manager service onto, and via the Windows “Services” screen.

It is important that the configuration is performed in the order outlined above.
